The real problem

It was never about which app you picked

You've started Korean before. Maybe more than twice. Here's what I hear almost every day:

"I learned Hangeul three times and forgot it three times."

"I know a lot of words. I still can't make one sentence."

"I study hard for a week, life happens, and I never come back."

Those three have one thing in common. Nothing was waiting for you. No end date. No teacher. Nobody noticed the day you stopped — the streaks and the badges don't count as someone noticing.

Korean isn't hard. You've just never had 21 days where someone was expecting your homework. Let's do it together 🌸

Why 21 days

Short enough to finish.
Long enough to change something.

📅

A start date and an end date

Not something you "keep up with" forever. Something you finish, on November 21, with a certificate to prove it.

⏱️

About 20 minutes a day

One bite-size video, one worksheet. Not three hours you'll never find on a Sunday.

✍️

Your work comes back marked

You submit it. A professional Korean teacher reads it and sends it back. That's the part software can't do for you.

How it works

Three steps. Repeated 21 times.

That's the whole method. It's boring on purpose — that's why it works.

1

Learn

A short video from Hailey, taught with pictures so you see what the word means instead of memorizing a translation.

2

Do

Download the day's worksheet — 4 different types of exercise. Print it, or write on your phone. Minutes, not hours.

3

Get it back

Submit it in the Classroom. A professional Korean teacher checks it and returns it — so you find out you were wrong on Day 3, not Day 300.

A daily lesson and a teacher's feedback, on your phone

A real lesson screen, and a real reply from your teacher.

One day of the challenge, and the 21-day plan it belongs to

One day's lesson — and the 21-day map it belongs to.

Submit your worksheet, get it back checked

Write it → submit it → get it back checked. Every single day.

What's included

Everything for one level, $97

Lesson video, vocabulary with pictures, four exercises, check-up

Watch → see the words → do the four exercises → get it checked.

✓21 daily lesson videos — bite-size, in the order a beginner actually needs
✓21 daily worksheets — download and print, or write on your screen
✓4 types of exercise a day — listening, reading, writing, saying it
✓Feedback from professional Korean teachers — your work comes back marked
✓Word list & audio file — native audio you can replay on the bus
✓Certificate of completion — proof that this time you finished

Choose your level

Five levels. Same 21 days, same $97.

Pick the one that starts where you actually are — not where you wish you were. Starting one level too early is the most common reason people quit.

Level 1

Hangeul 1 — Consonants & Vowels

Reading Korean letters from absolute zero, in the order that makes them stick.

Pick this if you can't read 한글 yet — or you learned it once and it's already gone.

Level 2

Hangeul 2 — Final Consonants & Tricky Sounds

Batchim (the final consonant) and the pronunciations that make Korean sound Korean.

Pick this if you can sound out 가·나·다 but 있어요 and 앉다 stop you cold.

Level 3

Must-Know Nouns

The everyday nouns, grouped by topic so they attach to real situations instead of a random list.

Pick this if you can read fine, but go blank on the word you actually need.

Level 4

Must-Know Verbs & Adjectives

The verbs and adjectives you'll use every day — and how they change without feeling random.

Pick this if you know nouns, but 먹어요 / 먹었어요 / 먹고 싶어요 look like three unrelated words.

Level 5

Must-Know Sentences

Theme-based sentences you can use right away in daily life — put together and said out loud.

Pick this if you can say words, but not sentences.

Good to know

Most people do more than one

Learners usually take one level, finish it, and come back for the next one in order. You don't have to decide all five today — just the next 21 days.

Not sure? 10-second check

Look at this sentence right now:

어제 친구랑 커피를 마셨어요.

(eoje chin-gu-rang keo-pi-reul ma-syeo-sseo-yo · "I drank coffee with a friend yesterday.")

Level 1I can't read those letters at all.
Level 2I can read it slowly, but words with a final consonant trip me up.
Level 3I can read it, but I don't know most of the words.
Level 4I know the words, but the verb endings look random to me.
Level 5I understand it — but I could never have made it myself.

Honest fit

This challenge isn't for everyone

It's for you if…

✦This is your first time learning Korean — or your fourth restart.
✦You want a daily habit, 20 minutes at a time, not a marathon weekend.
✦You want a real teacher to look at your writing and tell you what's off.
✦You've bought courses before and never opened them.
✦You need a date on the calendar or it never happens.

It's not for you if…

✕You want to go entirely at your own pace, with no dates. Then start with the books instead — Your First 100 Korean Patterns or Hangeul from ZERO. Same teacher, no schedule.
✕You're already comfortable making your own sentences. These five levels are built for beginners, and you'd be paying to review.
✕You want a live group call every week. This challenge is you, your worksheet, and your teacher — not a class you have to show up to.

What students are saying

The people who take it, take it again

"Every lesson has been absolutely useful. I'll keep doing her lessons as long as she offers them!"

Steve Tu ★★★★★

"Learning new vocabulary words, pronunciation of words, and writing. Doing the homework each day forces me to keep up with the language learning."

Tony In ★★★★★

"Classes were very educational and also fun. You make the classes easy to understand."

Christopher ★★★★★

"Your lecture was a great foundation for me to continue practicing to remember must-know expressions. 화이팅!"

Douglas ★★★★★

Nobody signs up for the next 21 days unless the last 21 days actually worked — and learners here keep coming back for the next level. That's the only review I really trust.

Meet your teacher

Hi, I'm Hailey 👋

I teach Korean to over 2 million learners across YouTube, Instagram and TikTok, and more than 5,000 students in 30+ countries have taken my classes.

Free videos can teach you a lot. What they can't do is notice that you stopped on Day 4 — or tell you that the sentence you just wrote is grammatically fine but no Korean person would ever say it.

That's why I built the 21-Day Challenge the way I did. It's the one place where you don't just watch me: you write, you send it in, and a real teacher writes back.

Questions

Good to know

Do I need to know any Korean already?

No. Level 1 starts at absolute zero — the consonants and vowels. If you've never seen 한글 before, that's exactly where you begin.

Is it live? Do I have to be online at a certain time?

No calls, no time zone problem. Each day's lesson and worksheet are posted for you, and you do them whenever your day allows. The only thing that's fixed is the 21-day window.

How much time does it take a day?

Around 20 minutes: one short video, one worksheet. It's designed for people with a job, kids, or both.

What if I miss a day?

You pick it up the next day. Everything stays open until the end of the month the challenge runs in — so a lesson you missed in week one is still waiting for you in week three. Nobody is ranked against anybody. The point is finishing, not a perfect streak.

How do I submit my homework?

Through the Classroom. Print the worksheet and photograph it, or write on it digitally and upload — whichever is easier for you. A professional Korean teacher checks it and sends it back.

Which level should I choose?

Use the 10-second check above. If you're between two, take the lower one — the first days will feel easy, and you'll finish. Starting one level too high is the number one reason people stop.

I'm between beginner and intermediate. Is this for me?

If you can already read, write and know some grammar, start with Level 5 — theme-based sentences you can use straight away. If you also want to widen your vocabulary, Level 3 (nouns) and Level 4 (verbs) are the two that move people up fastest. Korean verbs change a lot depending on the form, so getting used to them daily is what closes the gap to intermediate.

What if I change my mind?

Full refund any time before the challenge starts on November 1. Just email me — no reason needed. Once it starts and the lessons are with you, I can't refund it.

Can I do more than one level?

Yes, and most people do — one level per round, in order. Each one is a separate 21 days at $97.

November 1 – November 21

Three weeks from now, this is either done
or it's still "someday"

One level. 21 short days. A teacher who reads what you wrote.
